We are looking for a SAP FICO to work remotly.

Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager and Global Process Owners on all aspects of key projects, monitoring timelines, reporting progress and delivering documents and dashboards during project lifecycle
• Works with several teams across the organization and in a multicultural environment
• As the project team member continually helps on delivering project and ensuring technical competency to match the business requirements
• Supports project stakeholders and global teams for demand analysis, solution discussions, designing, testing and creation of necessary documents
• Assists to improve efficiency of operations in area of responsibility
• Supports in end-to-end delivery within Global Finance Master data Project workstream
• Ensures that data ideas, concepts and features are validated with internal stakeholders from all levels of the business
• Proactively identifies data issues and works with stakeholders to investigate and implement corrective measures/actions and seek opportunities to continuously improve the quality and integrity of the data asset
• Maintain process documentation for master data objects and shares processes and technical knowledge with team members, locally and globally
• Ensure that any guidelines, enhancements to existing procedures and escalation paths are properly followed for the execution of master data management activities
• Proactively challenges the status quo and come up with making fact-based recommendations to drive continuous improvement
• Ensures agreed Novartis controls are embedded into the new ERP (S4Hana) as much as possible with preventive character
• In partnership with Global teams, defines and drives “to be” processes to ensure that users are successfully leveraging the new processes and solutions

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience, with good functional exposure to finance processes (accounting, reporting, tax, treasury,) from a finance master data management perspective
• Master data concept knowledge and master data application set up
• Conceptual thinking and ability to align specific functional requirements with the overall Master Data Managment strategy
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a matrix organization across all regions
• Project management and change management experience (2-4 years)
• In-depth finance functional expertise with exposure to Master Data Management Experience in S/4HANA, MDM Tool, consolidation, and central governance especially in FI and CO modules
• Experience leading technical aspects of the delivery of SAP Master Data solutions & related components, working across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & systems architecture for the organization Good
• Proofed experience in managing projects, programs, business process transitions, migrations & change management with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills
• Critical thinking and problem solving
