The Anémona Group becomes a 6% shareholder of Izertis
The Anémona Group, an investment company chaired by Pablo Arnús, with a vocation to invest in growth and sustainability, has taken a 6% stake in Izertis, in an operation that has meant the disbursement of almost 12.7 million euros and the acquisition of nearly 1.6 million shares in the technology multinational, making it the second largest shareholder in the company after the chairman, Pablo Martín. It is the technology consultancy's largest equity investment in its history. Izertis has been listed on the BME since 2019 with a current capitalisation of more than 230 million euros.

The transaction has been framed as strategic and contributes to provide even more stability to the shareholding. It also demonstrates the market's confidence in Izertis' growth trajectory, with an average annual growth rate of 20% in its 27-year history. It is also an important endorsement of its medium-term business strategy, with a 2027 Strategic Plan that foresees reaching 250 million euros in revenues and 33 million euros in EBITDA by the end of that year.
The incorporation of Anémona as a shareholder of Izertis comes just 14 days after the presentation of results for the 2023 financial year, in which the technology consultancy firm obtained a 31.6% increase in revenue (121.3 million euros) and a 54.4% increase in normalised Ebitda, which amounted to 18.6 million.
