Izertis recognised among the Best Companies to Work For in Portugal in 2023

Izertis recognised, once again, among the Best Companies to Work For (MEPT) in Portugal in 2023

Izertis, a leader in digital transformation, has once again been recognised as one of the "Best Companies to Work For" (MEPT) in Portugal in 2023. This initiative, promoted by EXAME magazine and ManpowerGroup, in collaboration with AESE Business School, sets a standard for excellence in the working environment in Portugal.

The MEPT initiative conducts a thorough assessment that combines the measurement of the overall employee satisfaction index with an analysis of the company's performance in terms of Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) impact in Portugal. With more than two decades of experience, it has a profound impact on organisations and society, recognising those that promote the well-being of their employees and their role in the community.

The meticulous selection process, which included companies registering, analysing and consolidating the results, culminated yesterday, 26 October, at the EXAME / MANPOWERGROUP / AESE 2023 Future of Work Forum, with the Awards Gala and the "Future of Work" conference at AESE Business School. The results of this initiative were celebrated and highlighted in a special edition of EXAME / Visão magazine, which presented the list of the "Best Companies to Work For" and their respective rankings.

Once again being among the "Best Companies to Work For" in Portugal is a testimony to Izertis' ongoing commitment to maintaining a corporate culture that values employees and inspires them to achieve their best performance. The company continues to improve its practices, with the aim of standing out even more in the coming years, reaffirming its commitment to excellence.

Izertis once again ranked among the "Best Companies to Work For" in Portugal

Ivon Ramalho, CEO of Izertis in Portugal, highlighted to EXAME magazine that "the company will continue to materialise one of the main factors that differentiates it in the market, and, admittedly, for its professionals - the intense support for the training and technical certification of its people - expertise that, incidentally, values us indelibly." He also added that "despite the difficult social and market context we have been experiencing, the company maintains a very close relationship with its people and their individual needs - which is highly valued."

Nuno Nogueira, Human Resources Director at Izertis in Portugal, stressed that "it has been possible to maintain benchmark policies and practices in People Management and Organisational Culture, along with the demanding pace that is required in a company with special challenges in projects of great complexity and difficulty, with some of the major national and international brands."

At Izertis we firmly believe in our social responsibility, contributing to the growth of the communities in which we operate, generating jobs and opportunities. With an emphasis not only on business success, but also on the well-being and development of our employees, we demonstrate our commitment to an exemplary and socially responsible Corporate Culture. Our vision is rooted in this search for common well-being, allowing us to contribute to a better world with every step we take.
