Assured Thought Izertis

Izertis integrates its second British company, Assured Thought, in its international expansion

The technology consultancy firm Izertis has just signed the acquisition of the British company Assured Thought, based in London, specialised in quality engineering, quality assurance and software testing consultancy services and focused mainly on the financial sector. This becomes the second acquisition in the United Kingdom, after Projecting, also specialised in the financial sector, and the third European acquisition in the last six months, as in September the acquisition of the Swiss company Digiswit was also formalised. With this integration, Izertis maintains its strong pace of international expansion and its presence in important growth markets, with 16 offices in Europe and America, and projects in more than 25 countries.

Created in 2016, Assured Thought focuses its expertise on the financial services sector, particularly in wealth and asset management, investment management and private banking, as well as technology providers and financial services platforms. They also work in other complementary areas such as Insurance, Pensions, Fintech, Healthcare and Retail. Their clients include companies listed on the London Stock Exchange (FTSE100) and multinational financial institutions. In the 2024 financial year, Assured Thought achieved revenues of €4.7m (£3.9m).

This integration represents an opportunity to broaden our impact

The CEO of Izertis, Pablo Martín, points out that the incorporation of Assured Thought is part of the Spanish technology consultancy's growth strategy, with a greater international focus, especially aimed at the fast-growing European markets. “The UK is one of the world's largest markets for technology consulting services. Assured Thought will therefore reinforce our presence in that country and in Europe, providing relevant clients in leading strategic sectors such as finance. But also in other areas such as Insurance, Healthcare and Retail, which will allow us to boost our international turnover”.

“Joining Izertis at this exciting stage of its UK expansion marks a new chapter for Assured Thought. Their support and extensive capabilities will enable us to position ourselves to our customers with an even broader range of innovative services and solutions”, says the UK company's CEO and founder Daniel Dore. “I am immensely proud of the Assured Thought team and all that we have achieved. This integration represents an opportunity to broaden our impact, enhance our service offering and continue to deliver the high standards our clients expect. I look forward to the future with excitement and confidence as part of the Izertis family”, he adds.

Izertis' 2027 Strategic Plan foresees reaching €250 million in revenues and €33 million in EBITDA by the end of that year. Along with international expansion, the main axes are brand recognition, progress in differentiation and the jump to the continuous market (listed on the BME Growth since November 2019).
