Izertis, at the highest level of Security and Service Management with the renewal of its ISO 20000-1 and ISO 27001 certifications

In line with our quality policies and in compliance with our IT service management and information security, we have renewed the ISO 27000-1 certification for Information Security Management Systems, as well as the ISO 20000-1 certification for the Information Technology Service Management System.

Information Security Management Systems are the most effective means of minimising risks, considering the impact to the organisation and adopting the most effective controls and procedures consistent with the business strategy to ensure information confidentiality, integrity and availability.

The adoption of an integrated process approach enables the efficient provision of IT managed services, meeting internal management and customer requirements.Both certifications have been renewed in their respective latest revisions. UNE-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2017 and UNE-ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018.

The renewal of these certifications supports our company's involvement in safety and management services for the performance of our daily activities, through processes that guarantee the highest level of our products and procedures.
