The European Defence Agency awards Izertis its support in the Microsoft Project Portfolio Management (PPM) area
Our company has won a public tender contract to provide technological and consulting support in Project Portfolio Management tools (Microsoft Project Online) to the European Defence Agency where the Enterprise & IT Governance and Digital and Innovation areas will participate.
This contract includes not only technical support services, user training, maintenance and administration of the Microsoft PPM suite, but also consulting services for the design and automation of new portfolio management processes based on the same technology.
At present, our firm is not only immersed in European agreements, but is also implementing projects subsidized by multilateral financial institutions such as the World Bank or the African Development Bank, among others, to support developing countries.
Along these lines, it can be highlighted projects such as the African women's entrepreneurship platform for COMESA, a regional economic group formed by 20 Eastern and Southern African States, or the digital health certificate in Cape Verde that can be collected through blockchain technology all the health information of both national and foreign patients who are in the country.
"This contract represents a new challenge for us that we face with determination, tenacity and caution as it is the first international collaboration to provide services to an institution in Europe", has highlighted Alberto González, our Lead of International Projects.
In turn, our Lead of Microsoft PPM, Pedro Cano has highlighted that “this milestone consolidates us in our strategy of betting on growth in the Microsoft PPM area and offers us the opportunity to overcome new challenges by carrying out projects in international organizations with a high component of innovation”.
Our company will provide services both remotely, from our offices and delegations, as well as in person at the headquarters of the European Defence Agency, which is located in Brussels.
