The consultancy TicMind, specialist in Salesforce, is incorporated into Izertis
We are delighted to announce the acquisition of TicMind, one of the main Spanish partners of Salesforce, which has important clients in the telecommunications, automotive, pharmaceutical, education and logistics sectors.
Izertis continues to drive forwards its growth strategy, with which it envisages reaching a 125-million-euro turnover in 2023. On this occasion, by expanding its operations area with one of the most well-known specialists in implementing the most-sold CRM in Spain.
TicMind, founded in Madrid in 2013, specialises in developing applications on the different Salesforce cloud platforms: Sales Cloud, for implementing CRM solutions; Service Cloud, for customer service platforms; Marketing Cloud, for creating marketing campaigns; and Pardot, for managing marketing automation campaigns on B2B markets, among others.
Furthermore, integrating the previous solutions with Einstein, the Salesforce Artificial Intelligence engine capable of managing 11 billion predictions each day, allows for the generation of advanced products with smart data analysis functions, facilitating business decision making.
Salesforce, world leader in CRM solutions, revealed its world-level 2019 turnover of 17.1 billion euros, signifying an increase of 30% over the previous tax year and double that of its competitors. Recently, Spain has been positioned as one of the 5 countries with the highest expected growth, with prospects of generating 49,000 direct work positions in 2024.
About the merger of the companies
The merger of both companies will generate a department with high capacities in Salesforce, with over 70 certifications, including 3 Salesforce Architects, one of the pinnacle qualifications.
