Izertis receives the certificate of conformity with the Esquema Nacional de Seguridad of Spain (ENS)

Izertis has received the certificate that shows its compliance with the Esquema Nacional de Seguridad (ENS) in its Media category.

In accordance with article 156 of Law 40/2015, the ENS is the legislative framework to ensure maximum digital security in the provision of services to citizens, and «consists of basic principles and minimum requirements that guarantee adequately the security of the processed information ».

Why is the ENS important?

As it is more and more common to perform procedures digitally, it is essential to develop a legislative framework such as the ENS that guarantees the safety of the Public Administration itself and the data provided by citizens in these procedures.

In accordance with the Resolution of October 13, 2016, all public institutions and private companies that provide services to public administrations must comply with the requirements of the ESN. In this sense, Izertis guarantees maximum confidentiality in the processing of digital data.

Renewal of ISO 20000 and ISO 27001 certifications

In line with quality policies and in compliance with the management of our IT services and information security, Izertis has renewed the ISO 27001 certification of Information Security Management Systems as well as the ISO 20000 certification of the Information Technology Services Management System.

Information Security Management Systems (SGSI in Spanish) are the most effective means to minimize the risks associated with the use of information, considering the impact that its use has on organizations. For this reason, the most effective and consistent controls and procedures with the business strategy have been adopted, guaranteeing the confidentiality of information, integrity and availability.

The adoption of an integrated process approach allows an efficient provision of managed IT services, which meets the requirements of internal management and customers.

Both certifications have been renewed again which certifies the involvement of Izertis in the service and security that it provides to its customers.
