Pablo Martín, president of Izertis, participates in the seminar of chair growth in business internationalization next Wednesday November 7th in the Hall of degrees of the Faculty of Economics and Business of the University of Oviedo.
Acquisitions as a means of business growth allow companies to overcome possible barriers of entry in a new country or market without adding new capacity to the industry.
These acquisitions do not always produce the expected result due to deficiencies in the design of the operation and an inefficient management of the integration of the companies involved. Some of the issues that need to be addressed in this type of operation are usually: the most advisable time for its execution, the difficulties of the negotiating processes, the valuation of the target company, the financing of the operation or the adjustments Organizations needed to make integration a success.
Of all this, Pablo Martín will speak together with Ramón Noblejas Peralta, General Director of Industrial Samoa and Alejandro Díaz González, founder / manager of the Baldajos group. It moderates the day D. Esteban García-Canal. Director of the chair and chair of Mr. Julio Tascón Fernández. Dean.
This day will end with an open colloquium with the attendees, in which they can expose their doubts with the speakers.
