Izertis opens new headquarters in Mexico
We have opened new headquarters in Mexico City, which, together with Guadalajara, aims to enhance the relationship with customers in the region and strengthen communication with employees.
The new headquarters is designed to accommodate up to 70 people, although this number has been reduced for the time being given the pandemic situation. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art meeting rooms, a reception area, telephone booth, canteen and private offices.
The opening of this new work centre in Mexico responds to the growth and international expansion of our consulting firm
"The opening of this new work centre in Mexico responds to the growth and international expansion of our consulting firm, it is the result and fruit of the path we have been following for 25 years now, together with the work and dedication of each and every one of the izertianos who make up our company", has emphasised our president and CEO, Pablo Martín.
The aim of this new delegation is to facilitate an optimal and functional working ecosystem for our employees in the region and to promote their interpersonal relations through fluid communication.
The Mexican contribution supports the objectives set by our firm, which include a Strategic Plan 2020-2023 in which we expect to reach a turnover of 125 million euros and a normalised Ebitda of 12.5 million euros in 2023. This is preceded by a CAGR (Constant Annual Growth Rate) of both figures of over 25% in the last 10 years.
"We are completely convinced that this new space will facilitate the relationship and the creation of synergies between our employees, thus improving their well-being at work and boosting their productivity," has highlighted Benjamín Ávila, CEO of Izertis Mexico.
Our company is experiencing unprecedented exponential growth, as evidenced by its appointment for the second consecutive time among the 1000 fastest-growing European companies in the ranking published by the Financial Times.
