Izertis expands its capacity in Spain with the acquisition of the consulting firm Duonet
Our firm has announced the acquisition of the consulting firm Duonet, a company specializing in process architectures, digitization and mobility, becoming the first integration of the 2022 financial year, and thus continuing with our expansion strategy.
The operation provides our consulting firm with an important portfolio of reference clients, including sectors such as banking, industry or services, among others, as well as a team of more than 40 professionals spread across its offices in Madrid and Asturias, with a strong specialization in infrastructures, DevOps environments, RPA and BPM automation and implementation and development of custom solutions.
All these technologies have great potential for growth, as is the case of RPA (robotic process automation), which is estimated to have a market of 13.74 billion dollars in 2028, according to the consulting firm Grand View Research. In addition to DevOps, which is expected to total 9.41 billion dollars in 2023, according to Allied Market Research.
Duonet was founded 14 years ago, and since its inception it has specialized in helping organizations to face changes in an agile way, using transformation as a key vector in digital adaptation.
