Izertis acquires Pharma Advisors and Aura Group
Our technology consulting firm continues with its growth strategy by announcing the acquisition of the companies Pharma Advisors and Aura Group. This brings to five the number of companies integrated by our multinational in just a month and a half, and six since the beginning of the year.
Pharma Advisors, founded in 2006, has 50 employees in its offices in Madrid, Barcelona and Milan. It specialises in providing services to the pharmaceutical sector based on Salesforce and Veeva technologies, of which it is a Premium Partner, and currently offers services to clients operating in 120 countries with more than 7,000 users.
With this integration, our company is positioned as one of the benchmarks in Salesforce, considered the world leader in CRM solutions, which accumulated a worldwide turnover of 21.25 billion dollars in 2021, an increase of 25% over the previous year, double that of the rest of its competitors.
Pharma Advisors and Aura Group bring us a team with extensive experience in Salesforce and digital transformation environments
Aura Group, founded in Madrid in 2015, has 80 employees and specialises in application development services, data analytics and quality assurance, relying mainly on Microsoft technologies. It also has extensive experience in digital transformation projects in public administration.
As Sheila Méndez, our Digital Director, has pointed out, "Pharma Advisors and Aura Group bring us a team with extensive experience in Salesforce and digital transformation environments, with a very relevant portfolio of clients in the pharmaceutical sector and public administration, which strengthens our position in the market".
Two acquisitions of high differential value
Javier Rodriguez and Rafael de la Fuente, founding partners of Pharma Advisors, have expressed their satisfaction at "joining a very solid project, with an extensive track record and a great future projection". They also have highlighted Izertis' position as "one of the leading consultancy firms in the current market and with a global presence, which will help us to grow in the international market".
For his part, Andrés Sánchez, CEO of Aura Group, has explained that "this integration with Izertis is the perfect support for the Aura team in its growth, as we share a common culture, with excellence by flag; we are really motivated by adding our experience in technologies and by the great potential for development that this represents".
Both companies join in the midst of the expansion and growth process of our consulting firm, which during this month of July has reached our maximum level of acquisitions in 2019 and 2020, by integrating 6 companies in each of the exercises.
