Izertis completes the acquisition of BC Sistemas and Ositel

Izertis announces the acquisition of BC Sistemas and Ositel. These acquisitions reinforce the presence of Izertis in the Unified Communications market and bring important clients of the hotel sector, such as Meliá, Riu, Barceló, Catalonia, Sandos, H10 or Lopesan.

In the words of Pablo Martín, President & CEO of Izertis, “Digital Transformation has become a priority for hoteliers, to whom we can contribute with our experience in this field by helping them to define new forms of interaction with their customers, complementing current services of communications”.

Both companies, with trajectories of more than 25 years, added a combined turnover of more than 6 million euros in 2019 and have delegations in Madrid, Barcelona and the Canary Islands.

These acquisitions join the constitution of Izertis Canarias SLU in the Canary Special Zone (ZEC in Spanish), where a centre for the development of advanced services and R&D projects will be established and that will offer support to the rest of Izertis delegations. This office will also support business development in West Africa with the newly opened delegation in Cape Verde.
