Rural Servicios Informáticos (RSI)
Implementation of the technological solutions envisaged in the RFP of Communications of the Caja Rural Group
The project
RSI hhas once again placed its trust in Izertis, after having coordinated the Caja Rural Group's Communications specifications aimed at the main TELCO suppliers, as well as having carried out the audits for the adaptation to ICT Risk DORA regulations of the entities that make up this group during the year 2023.
In this new stage, we are coordinating, together with the technical team of RSI and the awarded operators, the implementation of the technological solutions included in this framework agreement, which will allow them to unify the architecture of the data network, fixed telephony and mobile telephony of their 34 headquarters and more than 2,700 offices, considering both their growth needs and their need to adapt to the current technological revolution in the sector in terms of security.
It is proving to be a challenge to adapt the technical criteria of such a heterogeneous group in terms of communications infrastructure. However, Izertis has incorporated a technical office model with the aim of streamlining all the change processes involved in the different services to be implemented:
-Data network:
- Improved data line coverage, including fibre optic deployment.
- Change of routing equipment.
- Migration to SD-WAN technology.
-Data network contingency: Inclusion of a second active line with another provider.
-Fixed voice network: Migration to virtual switchboard.
-Mobile voice network: Improved coverage.
This model allows us to facilitate supplier management by including monitoring mechanisms in the different phases of the project:
-Monthly meetings between the different groups involved.
-Identification of possible obstacles and implementation of proposed solutions.
-Incorporation of continuous improvement processes.
It also includes reporting measures to the Caja Rural Group:
-PRESENTATION.
-Coordination of the monitoring carried out by the awarded operators.
Challenges
-
Optimisation of the planning and implementation processes of the services offered in the tender.
-
Effective resolution of possible elements that may delay the progress of the project.
-
Improving the customer experience by avoiding overexertion in the work teams.

The solution
The service implemented by Izertis stands out for:
- Streamline the planning and implementation processes for the proper progress of the project.
- Develop procedures and documentation that provide detailed information on the work to be carried out.
- Provide updates on the progress of scheduled deployments.
- Make decisions to resolve potential problems that may slow down the progress of the project.
- Reduction of working times.
- Direct dialogue with the different work teams.
- Supervise the activities of the project team.
- Convene or participate in meetings on the genesis, objectives and progress of the project.
- Correct the results if they deviate significantly from the established objectives.
- Guarantee the quality of the result.
The result
- Alignment of RSI and Izertis objectives in service delivery.
- Coordination of team management and service management.
