Izertis expands its top management following its Strategic Plan 2027
The multinational technology company Izertis has made new incorporations in different departments as part of its Strategic Plan 2027, which aims to double its revenues and ebitda. The digital transformation expert firm has added eight new positions following the expansion of its senior management.
These eight new members of the company will bring their experience in different sectors to the company
These are the additions:
- Joaquín Castellón joins Izertis as head of Cybersecurity and Defence. Among its objectives in the latter area, contribute to the National Defence sector through dual technologies in which Izertis is a benchmark firm, with specialities such as Blockchain, AI and Big Data, as well as its internationalisation. With regard to cybersecurity, it plans to maintain and expand the portfolio of services and the diversification of customers, as well as to achieve greater international projection.
- Francisco Sáez, Chief Commercial Officer, will be in charge of leading the Business Development divisions at corporate level, driving the company's growth through innovative solutions and services. He will also lead the international area, taking into account that one of the objectives of Izertis' Strategic Plan 2027 is to increase its presence abroad, where it already has offices in countries such as the United States, Mexico, Portugal and Colombia.
- Fernando Santos joins the company as director BU Banking, Insurance & Financial Services, where he will apply his 18 years of experience in the technology consulting environment within the financial services industry.
- With 20 years of experience in the sector in digitalisation projects, Enrique Díaz-Plaza, director BU Industry, Energy & Services. He will bring a broad view of technology and industry with the aim of driving business value and growth in new digital businesses.
- Luis Alegre Espert joins Izertis to lead the BU Public & Health division, a position he has held for the past 10 years in management and business development roles in the Public Administration and Healthcare market in Spain and Latin America.
- Gema Martín, Global Account Director, will be in charge of coordinating the Telecommunications customer accounts. She will be responsible for implementing the commercial strategy in large accounts by coordinating customer expectations with the achievement of the organisations' financial objectives.
- Julia García Hernández, Director of Talent Recruitment, will be responsible for attracting and recruiting the best professionals, a key task for a company like Izertis, which doubles in size every three years.
- With an extensive experience in the field of communication, Cristina Tuero Pidal will act as Director of Corporate Communication, with the aim of strengthening the company's positioning in the national and international markets in which it operates.
These eight new members of the company will bring their experience in different sectors to advance and consolidate the strategic lines of the Strategic Plan 2027, starting with 2024, when Izertis expects to improve its profits and continue to increase its growth capacity. The technology consultancy firm is working on a demanding and solid project to meet the needs of its clients and maintain its position as a benchmark firm in the technology sector.
