Izertis moves forward in its international expansion with the purchase of Swiss company Digiswit

The technology consultancy firm Izertis is moving forward in its international expansion with the acquisition of a new European company: the Swiss company Digiswit. The Geneva-based IT consulting company is the second international integration this year after the British company Projecting, following the roadmap set out in the 2027 Strategic Plan, which focuses on the European and North American markets. With Digiswit, Izertis strengthens its presence in Switzerland in the pharmaceutical, financial, industrial and food sectors and adds new major European customers.

Established in 2021, Digiswit offers IT consulting services, specialising in IT-4-IT Support, systems integration and Legal Tech solutions. The company's expertise spans the luxury, sports and shipping sectors. It closed 2023 with a turnover of more than 2 million euros and will bring a team of 28 people to Izertis.

"We continue our strong international expansion focusing on the main markets in Europe and North America, which allows us to reach some of the most important customers in Switzerland, as well as to reinforce our presence in sectors strongly represented in that country such as pharmaceutical, financial, food and industrial," says Izertis CEO and President Pablo Martin.

Computer engineer Carlos García, CEO of Digiswit, expresses his satisfaction with the deal and his thanks to Izertis "for their confidence in our company for their international expansion project. Izertis' support will be essential for us to continue to innovate and expand our capabilities in the Swiss market. Together we will achieve great successes, explore new sectors and overcome new challenges. It also claims that this integration offers significant "growth opportunities".

Izertis' 2027 Strategic Plan foresees reaching 250 million euros in revenues and 33 million euros in EBITDA by the end of that year. In addition to international expansion, the main axes are brand recognition, progress in differentiation and the jump to the continuous market (listed on the BME Growth since November 2019).
