With over 10years’ experience in Spanish firms of recognised prestige (Araoz y Rueda, Maio Legal), and specialised in advice to companies which are listed and subject to the control of the CNMV (the Spanish National Securities Market Commission), Ms. Irene Sáenz de Santa María has held the post of Non-board Member Secretary of the Board of Directors since June 2021. She is also the Legal Counsel of the company, a position in which she manages the entity’s relations with the regulatory authorities (BME Growth, the Spanish National Securities Market Commission), and she heads up the legal team of the group in terms of legal affairs, particularly in corporate merger & acquisition and financing operations nationwide and internationally.

As a specialist in Commercial, Financial and Banking Law, she has taken part in numerous national and international corporate merger & acquisition operations, as well as providing advice in the commercial and banking areas to Spanish and multinational companies, mainly in the technological, industrial, energy or banking and investment sector to listed companies such as Vértice Trescientos Sesenta Grados, S.A. (now called Squirrel Media S.A.), Compañía de Inversiones Mobiliarias Barcino S.A. and Carbures Europe S.A. (now called Artificial Intelligence Structures S.A).
